NHTSA Recall Number 24V-198 has been active since March 14, 2024, and in nearly a year the manufacturer still has yet to make a repair available. I spoke with the manufacturer today and the representative could tell me nothing beyond what NHTSA lists in its own website tracking the recall. Per the manufacturer there is no part available. There is no estimate for when the repair will become available. This vehicle is a police patrol car and I expect better manufacturer support for our peace officers.
