A company in Turin (Italy), whose main activity is the production of sports cars based on Fiat. The company was founded in 1949 by the famous racer and designer Carlo Alberto Abarth. The main activities: production of mufflers and exhaust pipes, racing cars, and since 1955 – modification of serial Fiat cars. In 2024, the head of the company Gaetano Torrell announced that the brand refuses to produce cars with internal combustion engines. Currently, the Abarth lineup only includes electric cars, and the manufacturer does not plan to resume work on fuel-powered cars.
