In the same location since the 1950s, Ho To Tai built its reputation on the basic wonton noodle soup, thin chewy pulled noodles and dumplings of minced prawns wrapped in wonton skins served in a bowl of prawn broth; the other signature dish is shrimp roe noodles, dried boxes of which can be brought to take home.
