This is a multi-use stadium, that is under construction as of 2007. The stadium was designed with a capacity of 30,000 people. Integral part of it is a skyscraper aimed to resemble the UEFA Cup, first trophy won by a Russian club with CSKA beating Sporting Lisbon in 2005.
