Our journey with Oldsmobiles this year will take us to Bowling Green, Kentucky, from July 16th to the 19th. Best known to car folks as the home of the Chevrolet Corvette, Bowling Green offers many activities beyond the car-related.

Our meet will start off on Wednesday, July 16th with a full day of events at nationally-recognized Beech Bend Raceway. Set alongside the Barren River, Beech Bend has an amusement park, campground, and a quarter-mile dragstrip. We’ll be starting off with qualifying, drag racing, and a full dinner, followed by awards and live musical entertainment.

Due to the wide variety of activities in the Bowling Green area, Thursday will be a free day for participants to focus on activities of personal interest and/or prepare their cars for judging the next day. We will have a mid-day tour and lunch at the Historic RailPark & Train Museum, with door- to-door transportation provided by the Bowling Green Trolley. We’ll wrap up Thursday with our evening Welcome Dinner, which will be casual and feature DJ- hosted music.

Friday will be our main show and judging day, with the Friday Luncheon activity being the same Historic Railpark & Museum tour and lunch as Thursday. Dinner is on your own,

We’ll start off Saturday morning with our annual General Membership Meeting. This is your firsthand opportunity to learn about OCA and ask questions. In addition, the Board will share the latest news about future plans and decisions made at the annual Board meeting. After awards pickup mid-day and the last opportunity to review the cars on the show field, we’ll conclude Saturday evening with our Awards Banquet.
