The manufacturer and their authorized dealer have been unable to fix this for me. VW Customer Care has no answers, and my local dealer (Southpoint Volkswagon) will not have the parts until May. Basically everyone is saying there’s nothing to do but wait, while there’s a part of my car that could explode causing injury or death.
