The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Tundra Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving 3-20 MPH, the instrument cluster multi-information display (MID) located near the left side of the steering wheel was scrolling independently, causing the gauge information to be replaced independently on the instrument cluster. Additionally, the contact stated that the left side of the steering wheel was warmer. There was no warning light illuminated. The dealer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and later informed the contact that the dealer had been contacted on the contact’s behalf; however, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 31,970.
