Driving on the interstate highway when the sunroof glass just shattered. Luckily the cover was closed so no one was hit by the glass. Cars behind me could have been hit by flying glass. I have heard of this happening in the 2021 Rav 4’s. The sunroof was looked by a Toyota dealership and they didn’t say anything about it, only saying it was not covered under warranty. There not indications of cracking or any else prior to the shattering.
