The contact owns a 2023 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while attempting to use the key fob to lock the vehicle, the doors failed to lock as needed. The passengeras side rear doors were unable to be locked automatically or by using the buttons inside the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed and determined that the lock actuators on the rear doors were inoperable and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and opened a case. The failure mileage was approximately 37,500.
