The issue I encountered was with Tesla’s Smart Summon Feature. While using the feature, the car crossed the parking line and crashed directly into a car parked beside it. Happening so quickly I could not react in time. All of the cameras and sensors were in working order and it seems to have been a software related issue. The safety of anyone around the vehicle could have been at risk thankfully no one was hurt. The vehicle has since been inspected by insurance and damages to both cars were repaired. There were no warnings of any kind prior to the collision. I have a video from the on-board cameras of the entire incident.
