The MAIN buckle that keeps the kid secure and locked into place is faulty and can easily be manipulated and loosened by my 4 year old child moving her chest front. The only person inspected was via a video I sent the company who made the product for them to tell me there is nothing they can do about it or unless I want to wait 60-90 days and pay a fee of $320 to get a replacement handle of some sort.
