Took my nissan titan xd into the tim dahle nissan to get my recall done and also my ac fixed since it was broken, let them know that i had a light turn on and then turn back off, they said that they would look at it. when messaging with the service advisor he had told me that the part that was issued for the recall could not be done because there was something already wrong with my truck. i had not had any problems previously when i took it in just weeks prior and it was never brought up when they looked at it before. they then told me i shouldnat drive it very far because it is not safe, i just wanted to take it in for the recall part but they refused to do it for me even though it would help. i was very unhappy with how i was treated and how they denied me a part that should be put in regardless. but they had just told me it would be pointless to put it in.
