None of the features dependent on the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) of my 2024 Mazda CX-30 are working. I have videos and corroborating statements to confirm that the headlights will not automatically switch from high to low beams, the lane assistance is not working properly, and the ‘Smart brake support with pedestrian detection’ is not working. These defects have been present since I first received the vehicle. The dealer has refused to repair the issues by applying the remedies available under recall number 6824H because my VIN is not included in the recall. I emailed Mazda asking them to contact me and to call the dealer and authorize them to replace the Forward Sensing Camera. I am still awaiting reply from Mazda.
