The contact owns a 2014 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque. The contact stated while driving at approximately 45 MPH, the accelerator pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle accelerated rapidly and was shifting rapidly. Additionally, the contact stated that the turbo charger was engaging independently, and the check engine warning light was illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the active suspension and shock absorbers were not responding when the contact drove over dips in the road or while turning left or right. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated for the suspension. The contact had taken the vehicle to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed and determined that the turbo charger and the suspension needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
