I dropped my car off yesterday and they stated that it did in fact need a new engine. My problem is how come the dealership wont provide a loaner!? They are telling me that they are unsure when they can get it fixed! People need to go to work!! How can you expect a customer to be ok with this! Im going to be forced to drive this car! This is completely ridiculous and unsatisfactory!
