I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the complete lack of support I have received from Jaguar Land Rover North America following a devastating incident involving my 2018 Jaguar F-PACE (VIN: [XXX]). In January 2024, while driving my vehicle, it suddenly caught fire. This fire was caused by an issue that was the subject of a recall. My vehicle was scheduled to be serviced for this very recall just days later, but it did not make it to the appointment because it was completely destroyed. The fire department responded to the scene, conducted an investigation, and filed an official report, which I am prepared to provide for your review. After the incident, I reached out to Jaguar Land Rover North America, expecting assistance in addressing a fire that was clearly caused by a known defect. Instead, I was met with outright dismissiveness and disrespect. Executive Judianne Di Leo, in particular, showed a complete lack of concern, scolding me for copying other JLR executives on emails, refusing to help, and failing to direct me to anyone who could. During multiple phone conversations, I explained the severity of the situation, including the fact that I have developed asthma, breathing issues, and severe anxiety attacks as a result of the explosion.
