The vehicle was then driven to the residence. The vehicle was towed to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed. The contact stated that the failure had occurred nine times, including six times while driving on major highways. Additionally, the contact stated that the computer software was updated, and the knock sensor was replaced twice due to the failure.
