The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated while driving on the highway at 65 MPH, the contact heard a sound like a shotgun blast. The contact opened the sunroof shade and saw that the sunroof glass had shattered. The contact started closing the shade and the center glass started collapsing inside the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be inspected, and the contact was informed that the impact from a rock had caused the sunroof glass to shatter. The contact decided to take the vehicle to another dealer. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not repaired.
