The contact stated that while driving downhill at approximately 10 MPH, the brake was applied he observed a chattering noise emanating from the rear tire. The motorcycle was stopped, and he observed the rear brake caliper was broken. The contact stated that he removed the brake pads and the wheel began spinning freely and the motorcycle was taken to the residence. The motorcycle was not diagnosed or repaired.
