All car screens stopped working while I was driving. Nothing seemed to precipitate their going blank; however, because the car depends on those screens for basic information (speed, for example, turning on lights, setting one-pedal driving, etc.), the car lost some basic functionality when the screens went blank. I couldn’t see how fast I was going. Luckily, because it was night and the lights had been out, they didn’t go out. However, I was unable to change any of the basic features of the car that depend on these screens for access. We have a video of the screens when they went blank that we can share; however, were were unable to upload the video on this website. Upon arriving home with the car, we tried shutting off and restarting the car. It took about an hour for the screens to turn back on. We are not sure why they suddenly came on, but while they were out, the car was also unable to charge. We have brought it to be serviced, but the car dealership can find nothing wrong. We worry it could happen again. There were no warning lamps, messages, etc. before the screens went blank. The car dealership could not reproduce the problem.
