Okay guys this is a HUGE problem with not only the civic si but any motor car equipped with a 1.5t engine (accord, Honda, crv) . My car is bone stock and Im casually accelerating onto highway followed by abrupt misfireing( I believe and completely out of nowhere) and all of a sudden my engine completely explodes! Literally engine parts on the highway and my car has next to now power and I barely was able to pull over to the side without completely smoking out the highway!! My car is bone stock never modified so we get it towed to mechanic and he says headgasket failed, which in turned destroyed the engine?! I do a little research and see 100s of videos of blown up 1.5t Honda cars with blown head gaskets! Its obviously a huge problem but I guess Honda dsnt care right? Please please if you dont think this is gonna happen again to someone you gotta be ignorant ask Honda techs if theyre noticing blown headgaskets theyll tell you they do sometimes 4-5 headgaskets a week on the Honda 1.5turbo engine. Or YouTube Im not joking and this is a huge problem!
