There are lots of reports of this problem on sites like Redit and Genesis Forum, however, Genesis has not issued a recall for even a service bulletin. This apparently common problem is a safety hazard as the driver ds not have access to critical safety information, including the vehicle’s speed, for a period of time. Because this problem is periodic, it is often difficult to verify at the dealership as it ds not produce fault codes. This leaves consumers in a bind as the problem persists since the dealership and manufacturer will not always address.
