I own a 2019 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost with approximately 117,000 miles. Like many others, I am experiencing the widely reported cold start cam phaser rattle, which grows louder with colder temperatures. This is a known issue addressed by Ford in TSB 19-2365, yet no recall has been issued. I believe this defect poses long-term reliability concerns and could eventually lead to engine damage. Ford should be held responsible for a widespread design flaw affecting thousands of vehicles. I urge the NHTSA to investigate this recurring issue and hold Ford accountable for consumer safety and financial impact.
