Description:
The voice assistance button and map are not working on my car. The problem started on [XXX]. This is used to control my phone because Ohio is hands-free and I cannot use my phone while driving. The map is not working. Also. The dealer could not fix the problem and for customer care could not fix the problem. They said it would not be fixed until the end of the year. It is now 2025 and they still have not fixed the problem. They do not consider this a recall and I don’t understand why.
