The contact owns a 2014 Ford Escape. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, there was coolant leaking from the bottom of the vehicle. The check engine warning light was illuminated, and the ‘Low Coolant’ message was displayed on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken back to the residence.
