The car was in a front end collision; the airbags did not deploy. Insurance said the car was reparable and fixed it; car was picked up from body shop on 07/19/2024. In May 2025, at only 3 years old, the transmission went out at 95,000 miles and was just replaced. Ford would not admit the accident had anything to do with the transmission going out on a 3 year old car. I was quoted almost $10,000 to replace it, but Ford ‘helped’ and paid $4000 and I was left with the balance of $6200.
