I have attempted to contact my local dealership several times to replace the airbags on this recall. They claimed months ago, stated Its on back order and took my info claiming theyd contact me when the parts are in. They never contacted me. I keep attempting to make appointments with Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities 7171 W. Canal Dr, Kennewick WA Recalls arent handled by a live person, just an automated message stating well get back to you soon They dont. Ive been trying to get this replaced for a year. I would lien someone to contact Dodge or this dealership and ask them to stop hiding from mandatory recalls.
