The Foam protector that gs on the head rest cracked and is crumbling. I contacted them about the issue but they said that warranty was over and they tried to sell me the same car seat for a discounted price. My sister had bought the same exact car seat and she had the same issue with the foam head rest. I believe the quality of the foam part that gs in the head rest is faulty, it shouldn’t have cracked and crumbled. My child’s safety was at risk, if i had not taken it apart to wash it I would have not noticed it. I believe these specific car seats are not safe for use.
