My business work truck started not shifting properly. I dropped it off at Mirak Chevrolet in Arlington, MA on 4/29/25 and they diagnosed the vehicle needing a valve body part # 24065357. GM/Chevrolet has been unable to source this part and was unable to provide an eta. I immediately contacted GM and my case # is [XXX]. Then it was approved and escalated for a new transmission and same issue unable to source part and no eta. This is my business vehicle that has not been operable since [XXX] due to a manufacturer issue. No fault on my end. This is a brand new vehicle that should not have these type of issues. I have lost revenue, income, jobs, and I don’t have a replacement vehicle. I have a loan on this vehicle that I am making payments towards but there is no end in sight. It has been a month with daily calls to GM for an update or for someone to call me back and nothing. I need my work truck back. This has caused extreme financial stress. I need help.
