The contact stated that the Forward Collision Avoidance warning light was blinking on the instrument cluster with an audible alert. The contact had experienced the failure four times. The contact had taken the vehicle to the same dealer for the prior independent braking failures however, the dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer after the most recent failure, and it was determined that the Forward Collision Avoidance front sensor was misaligned. The vehicle was repaired.
