The contact stated that the instrument cluster displayed a black screen. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the ICP was reprogrammed. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. The contact stated that the failure had reoccurred several minutes after the vehicle was released by the dealer. The dealer was made aware of the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 54,000.
