I have received the notice about the recall and now I am just worried because I have a wife and two-year-old child in my truck. I don’t want the engine issue to happen while they are in the truck and increases the risk to get into an accident if the engine fails. I have tried to schedule an appointment with my dealership and from the date I received notice on 04/28/2025. They stated I have to call back in two weeks which should be unacceptable because how about if the engine fails within the two weeks and causes even more issues for me and my family. This should be approached much quicker and fix the matter asap.
