My car is a 2016 Ford fusion and it was working fine until February of 2025. There was a message that appeared on the dashboard as soon as I started the car. The message was aœsteering loss, stop safelya making it extremely difficult to turn. The steering canat even turn left or right. Itas locked in place. I had to get it towed and now itas undrivable. I canat even get it fixed because my specific VIN # is not listed for a recall and Iam unsure what to do. I need help what can I do?
