November 2023 we purchased 4 new Continental PURECONTACT LS 245/45/R19 from Discount Tire in Evansville Indiana. Weave driven almost 17,000 miles on the tires. Noticed 2 tires are splitting on the sidewall near the tread. The one Iam reporting is dangerously split (resembles a re-tread tire).
