While driving downtown Atlanta, Ga I heard a loud noise and then a hit in the back of my head. I was startled at first not knowing what had happened. I first thought maybe I way hit by another vehicle, or someone may have thrown something from the overpass. I got off the interstate and found the head rest had blown open. I have since learned that possibly the car maker is aware of the problem, I don’t know if the car maker is fixing the problem. I see where this could have negative results to owners that already have neck and back problems, another big concern is having an accident.
