While driving the vehicle the vehicle stopped, and engine seized. I could not move the vehicle out of neutral nor restart the vehicle to get out of the road. It was towed to our local dealership’s service department on 2/16/25 and has been there since. They are stating the vehicle needs a new engine and the engine is on backorder. OF COURSE! This seems to be an ongoing issue with the 6.2L V8 engine for GMC vehicles.
