Drivers side visor broke at the support point and fell down obscuring drivers’ vision while driving on the highway. Required holding visor up with one hand while pulling over. This situation has reoccurred several times while waiting for an appointment at the dealer. Broken plastic shaft is the cause. Upon inspection this is an under sized plastic shaft. Other sources report this is a common problem since 2019. It is a dangerous situation having your vision blocked while in traffic. Ram says it is an out of warranty, pay for the repair issue. Vehicle has 49500 miles. New visor looks like the old one.
