Our 2023 Fisker Ocean Ultra has lost power, imperiling our family on a busy urban street. Further, after an unannounced and unauthorized software update last week, I have lost the use of the vehicle’s central control screen, keeping me from controlling any functions (synchronization to my mobile telephone, the radio, how I control charging, mapping functions, and critical to the car’s safe operation, HVAC and defrost).
