The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated while driving 25 MPH, several unknown warning lights Illuminated. The message to Pull over and turn off Vehicle was displayed on the instrument panel. The contact pulled over to the right side of the road and the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The contact was able to restart the vehicle after several minutes; however, the message remained displayed while driving to the residence. The dealer was contacted; however, the dealer informed the contact that the VIN was not under recall. The contact stated the failure reoccurred on several occasions. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but offered no assistance.
