I have cleaned the car seat per the recall instructions and while the straps started locking again, they failed again within a day and while my child was in the seat and the car was moving. There are hundreds of others that this happened to with the failed remedy. The recall response is laughable and honestly negligent. This is kids safety at hand and Nuna needs to do better. This is not ok.
