The rear glass has shattered twice in February. First time January 2022 and second time February 2025. The vehicle has been parked when this incidentoccurred. Both occasions has been un winter conditions temperatures. As one can imagine, a shattered rear window isnt just a minor inconvenience. The rear windshield is crucial for protecting passengers from outside elements and potential hazards during a drive. The first incident was handled by my auto insurance and a rework by the dealer at my cost The second incident Acura covered 75% of the cost while I was held responsible for the remaining 25% No warning were present prior to incident
