There’s a delay when pressing the accelerator pedal. This happened once and I took it to the mechanic. He mentioned that the CVT transmission code came up. He did maintenance work on the car on 12/10/24. Oil was changed and everything else he said needed to be done. He also mentioned that some Nissans had that problem with the CVT transmission. It happened again yesterday. Upon looking into it online, there’s a few other Nissan vehicles with this problem. This is a very dangerous situation. The first time it happened, I was with my family on the highway and I was unable to accelerate. My family got very nervous. Thankfully, I was able to pull over to the shoulder. That’s when I took my car to the mechanic immediately. Yesterday I was picking up my daughter from school and the same thing happened. I had to put my emergency lights and stay in the middle of the road until the car accelerated again.
