Chest clip is magnetized to assist with closing the clip — my clip ds not stay latched shut, pops open at a slight push. I have another one of these seats, manufactured at a later date, and the chest clip needs the buttons pushed to open, so I know this is incorrect. Chicco ds not feel the need to replace the seat, said they will send me a new retainer clip. If there was an option to attach a video to this complaint, I would.
