Safety issue 1 Automatic collision breaking is too sensitive when going in reverse. The vehicle locked up the brakes several times when I was trying to reverse causing myself and my familys heads to snap back suddenly. Safety issue 2 -knocking sound coming from the CV joint when backing up and turning at the same time. This usually happens when its cold outside. This is a safety issue because if the CV joint fails, this could cause loss of control of the vehicle while driving.
