The AEB system is falsely being triggered, causing a sudden stop or drastic slow down of my CRV when there’s nothing present to trigger the system. My car would drastically slow down, nearly causing a rear end collision from another vehicle. I’ve experience the problem on multiple occasions, in different locations, while going different speeds. The car has not experienced any other electronic or mechanical issue. The warning message did show on the dash as the car came to a halt.
