CDF hub failure. Transmission falls out of gear or shifts really hard especially on the freeway or when turning and it’s down shifting. Took vehicle to the dealership and Ford acknowledged the failure and they have known about it but have not issued a recall. FORD says it’s a design flaw on their part.
