My 2020 S5 started randomly rebooting the MMI computer that controls all vehicle safety control features. The dealer claimed it was a software glitch caused by an update. They provided a software patch as a solution, but it continues to fail. The dealer says it’s on Audi and there’s nothing they can do, as the update/fix is corrupt. Audi is not being responsive, and this is an issue impacting many Audi vehicles.
