Description:
During my experience with the 2024 Honda Prologue, I have encountered several significant issues related to the vehicle’s starter system. Notably, while reversing, the car intermittently engages the brakes as if it detects an obstacle behind it. Additionally, while driving, the vehicle occasionally applies the brakes unexpectedly, presuming that a collision is imminent. Furthermore, I observed a rapid decline in battery power, accompanied by error messages on the dashboard indicating ‘Service Soon’ and ‘Service High Voltage System.a After consulting with a service center, I was informed that no issues were detected with the vehicle. However, I am presently receiving persistent error notifications stating ‘Service High Voltage System’ and ‘Reduced Acceleration Drive with Care.’ In addition, the air conditioning system has ceased to function, and I have been unable to charge the vehicle effectively. Each attempt to charge concludes with the message indicating that charging is complete, yet the battery remains at a static level of 91%. These issues present serious concerns regarding vehicle safety. The unpredictability of the braking system could potentially lead to an accident, while a sudden failure of the battery during travel could leave me stranded, endangering myself and others. These examples represent just a portion of the various complications I have experienced, highlighting a significant safety risk associated with this vehicle.
