Consistent hard shifting and hard downshifts.. Dealership charged us to reset this and it has not solved the problem I bought this vehicle used at 77,000 miles and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. Ford keeps denying that thereas an issue with the transmissions and Iam genuinely afraid to own this vehicle.
