The contact stated that while driving at approximately 15-20 MPH coming to a stop light, the contact attempted to apply the brake pedal however the brakes failed to engage and the vehicle did not stop. The vehicle went through a stoplight, and another vehicle crashed into the driver’s side of the vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was towed. The contact received injuries to the right arm, right thumb, and back. The driver in the other vehicle sustained injuries as well. Medical attention was needed. A police report was filed.
